We are a company dedicated to referring high quality, reliable and accessible medical care to everyone .Our US licensed Physicians are experienced, caring and importantly, sympathetic to your medical needs.
I keep hearing about a Doctor patient relationship. Is this important?
Yes, this is the most important relationship in medicine. This relationship is imperative for proper medical care and is now required by law. This “in person” exam must occur at least once per year. It is now a Federal Offense for a patient to receive medications without first seeing their prescribing doctor. At Bristol Pine Medical you can be assured that everything we do is guided by our HIGH POWERED Medical and Legal Departments with your best interest in mind. Unlike similar companies we protect your medical and legal interests.
You have both a Legal Department and a Medical Department---You must be expensive
We consider ourselves the best in the business and that’s exactly what you want when it comes to your health. If you retain our services for a full year your cost is less than $25 dollars a week (less than a tank of gas). This price includes The” in person” evaluation and all necessary telephone consultations for the year The pricing schedule for a year is as follows: In Person $300-- -1st phone consult $200-- - 2nd --- 3rd --- 4th phone consults($175 each)
Does Accurate MD accept insurance?
No, we do not accept medical insurance however many of our patients submit a claim to their insurance for our services What types of payment are accepted? Accurate MD accepts all major Credit Cards, money orders, postal money orders or payments by Money Gram ($9.50 Wall Mart) or Western Union (same day funds).
Do I need copies of my old medical records?
NO. While old medical records can be extremely informative they are not mandatory.
What happens if I miss my scheduled consultation?
We don’t take missed appointments lightly, nor should you .You may miss one scheduled appointment per year. Any further misses will result in a $150 administrative charge in addition to the full charge of the appointment. Patients absent from our system for 6 or more months will require a new “in person “ exam.
What is Accurate MD's return policy on prescribed medication(s)?
State and Federal law prohibit any returns or refunds once a prescription medication(s) has been dispensed.
How do I join your service?
It’s easy. Go to registration and make up a user name and a password--then just follow the directions. If you have any problems our technical support staff will be able to assist you. Please e-mail patientsupport@accuratemd.com with any and all questions
What if I do not remember my patient id and/or password?
Simply type in your e-mail address and zip code listed with Accurate MD where requested, we will immediately forward your Password and patient id to your e-mail. If you need help with your email address just email patientsupport@accuratemd.com with this request and we will contact you.
What security measures have been taken to ensure my confidentiality?
