In Person Appointments

We currently offer In Person Physician Exam/Assessments available in the following states:

• Florida (in Orlando)
• California (in Los Alamitos)

If you would like more information and/or to set up an appointment in your state for the In Person Physician Exam/Assessment simply email us direct at patientsupport@accuratemd.com and include the state in which you reside in the subject box: example- (In Person Appointment "your state").

NEW MEMBERS: Please make sure to register on line with us and in the "discount code" box list "In Person".

CURRENT MEMBERS: If you are already registered with us please make sure to mention that in your email to us so we can look up your member file.

If you do not see your state listed, you may still register and contact us via email and we will add you to your states waiting list so we can contact you direct as soon as your state becomes available.
