New Patient online scheduling for Doctor Consultations

Patients must first register with Accurate MD's easy and secure online doctor consultation program. After you complete the registration process, you will be asked to send Accurate MD your records, if available. You will then be prompted to schedule an “in person’’ consultation. In-person consultations are legally required once per year and must occur prior to receiving any prescriptions. (please see patient agreement

Scheduling Follow-Up Consultation

Once patients have satisfied their in-person consultation requirement, they can simply schedule a telephone consultation online. Remember, you do not have to wait until your refills run out to schedule your follow-up telephone consultation. Always schedule early to avoid delays of your prescription medication.
